Community Writing Workshop Series: Birth and Motherhood

Typically, stories of birth and motherhood are overlooked or brushed aside in our mainstream American culture. But what would it be like if we fully recognized and honored the complex, powerful, beautiful, painful, and unique experiences of bringing life into the world? What if YOU fully recognized, explored, and honored your particular experiences?

This workshop is focused on writing your own stories of birth and motherhood.invites mothers of all ages to reflect, write, and share stories in a supportive, open, empowering space.

Throughout each workshop, I will guide participants in this experience with readings about birth and motherhood, writing prompts, silent time to write, and time to share your writings, questions, or insights (optional). Each workshop will be unique and will explore a different aspect of the topics.
