Weekly In-Person Meditation Group

Join me as we hold space to connect through the contemplative practice of mindfulness meditation. This practice is open to all and does not adhere to any specific spiritual or religious tradition, welcoming participants from all backgrounds. Each practice will include a brief introduction to the topic, 20-25 minutes of guided meditation, 5-15 minutes of silent meditation, and time to reflect through writing. Topics include self-compassion, loving-kindness, emotional awareness, and more, allowing for personal growth in a supportive, inclusive environment.

When: Sundays from 6 PM- 7 PM

Where: 201 St. Louis St., Edwardsville, IL

What to bring:

  • A journal
  • Cushion or pillow, yoga mat, blanket, or whatever you need to feel comfortable during our meditation. You can choose to sit on the floor, lay, or sit in a chair. 

Who: This practice is open to all. No previous meditation experience is necessary.
