Morning Meditation Circle + Coffee and Tea
In this practice, we’ll create a supportive space to release tension, ground your energy, nurture your inner calm, and pay attention to your mind and body.
Topics include bodymind awareness, self-compassion, cultural deconstruction, loving-kindness, emotional awareness, aligning with your authentic self, radical imagination, and more.
As we are meeting in a wellness cafe, your ticket price also includes a beverage of your choice (coffee, tea, or cold-brew).
What to bring:
- A journal
- Cushion or pillow, blanket, or whatever you need to feel comfortable during our meditation. You can choose to sit on the floor, lay, or sit in a chair. Space is limited.A few chairs and a couch are available as well.
