Embodied Wellness Teacher Cohort

Teachers, Admin, and School Staff! 

If you're ready to design a school year that feels energizing, connected, and grounded in purpose, this cohort is for you.

Too often, educators wait until summer to recover. But what if this year, you didn’t have to wait to feel regulated, rested, and creatively alive?

This 8-week online cohort is a space for teachers, admin, and school staff to prioritize healing, connection, and sustainable change—starting now, not in May. When we intentionally care for ourselves throughout the school year, we expand our capacity to teach and lead from a place of calm, clarity, and joy—not from burnout.

Together, we’ll build a new model of teaching and leadership that:

  • Honors our full humanity as educators
  • Centers nervous system regulation, creativity, and joy
  • Models liberatory possibility for our students

Here’s what you can expect to do in our time together:

  • Identify harmful patterns in your teaching or school culture—and name the ones that support your growth
  • Develop and commit to a personalized self-care plan that is truly restorative, not performative
  • Engage with a love ethic in your teaching, inspired by the work of bell hooks and others
  • Reimagine your classroom as a space for liberation, belonging, and possibility
  • Rediscover your creativity through playful, expressive practices (writing, drawing, building, etc.)
  • Collaborate with like-minded educators who are equally committed to sustaining themselves and transforming education

We’ll meet twice a month for two months in a nurturing, energizing online space—open to anyone ready to reimagine the school year.

Cost: 

Since this is the very first teacher cohort I’m offering, I’d love to invite you in through a pay-what-you-want model. This helps me learn alongside you while making the experience more accessible.
