Designed specifically for educators, the session offers a balance of theory, practice, and actionable strategies tailored to the unique challenges of working with teens.

Participants will explore the science behind mindfulness and its benefits for student emotional regulation, academic success, and classroom management. Through interactive exercises, real-world examples, and guided practice, teachers will learn how to lead mindfulness activities that resonate with high school students, including techniques like guided breathing, visualization, and reflective journaling.

  • Understand the role of mindfulness in supporting student well-being and engagement.
  • Develop confidence in leading age-appropriate mindfulness exercises.
  • Gain practical strategies for embedding mindfulness into daily routines.
