Who we are
Enter Peace Print and Wellness Collective (“Enter Peace,” “we,” “us”) is a contemplative writing and wellness practice founded by Sarah Bland, based in Edwardsville, Illinois, with circles and workshops at Thrive Holistic Co-Working Community, 25 Glen Ed Professional Park, Glen Carbon, Illinois 62034. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. It covers this website only. It does not cover the separate booking system we link to, or the social platforms we link to, each of which has its own policy.
Information you give us directly
If you fill in the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional) and message you enter. If you register for the Writers’ Circle, we collect the name, email address, phone number (optional), the date you plan to attend and anything you tell us about your writing project. If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect that email address in order to send it, and it may be held in the mailing-list service Enter Peace uses. We use all of this only to reply to you and to run the offering you asked about. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Information collected automatically
This site uses a first-party analytics tool operated by LocalCraft Digital, the agency that built and maintains it. It records page views, clicks, taps on email links, form submissions, the page you arrived from, the path you took through the site, your browser and device type, an approximate location (country and city, derived from your IP address), and a randomly generated session identifier. It does not read your name, and it does not follow you to other websites.
We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not, and to know whether someone who reached out came from a search, a social post, or a direct link.
Third parties that process data for us
- Vercel hosts this website. Their servers record standard request logs.
- LocalCraft Digital provides the analytics described above and maintains the site.
- Resend delivers form submissions to Sarah’s inbox.
- Acuity Scheduling powers the consultation and workshop booking links. When you click through to book, you are on their system and their privacy policy applies.
We do not run advertising pixels, and there is no third-party ad tracking on this site.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The analytics described above uses a session identifier to distinguish one visit from another. Your browser settings can block it, and the site continues to work normally if you do.
How long we keep things
Messages you send stay in Sarah’s email until they are no longer needed. Analytics records are retained by LocalCraft Digital in aggregate form. If you would like your message and any associated records deleted, email sarah@enterpeace.co and we will do it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing sarah@enterpeace.co. You can unsubscribe from any email we send. You can browse this site without submitting anything at all.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
